Looking back, it’s hard to believe how far Travelers has come. There was no grand plan. It started with training a few players, a passion for the game, and families introducing us to other families. We kept taking the next step, and those relationships became a program.
The purpose has stayed the same: give players quality coaches who can mentor them, challenge them, and help them see what they can become.
We’ve watched players who once struggled to play catch earn a place on their high school varsity team. We’ve seen teams work through losing seasons and become championship teams. I’m proud of those moments because I know the years of work, setbacks, and support behind them.
Our responsibility is to coach the player in front of us while preparing him for the player he can become. A weekend’s results never tell the whole story.
I’m incredibly proud of where Travelers is headed. To every family who has trusted us to coach your son, thank you. We take that trust seriously.

Our high school summer teams combine competitive baseball with showcases and recruiting preparation for players who want to continue playing in college.
Every player develops at his own pace. We encourage players to play multiple sports and help families understand the next step as their goals take shape.
