Who we are
Texas Travelers Baseball (“Travelers,” “we”) runs youth and high school travel baseball teams in Dallas, Texas. Questions about this policy: luke@texastravelersbaseball.com or (979) 224-1223.
What we collect
When you contact us or register interest, we collect the parent or guardian's name, email and phone number, the player's age group, and anything you choose to tell us about your player. Tryout and team registration happen on SportsEngine, which has its own privacy policy.
Children's information
Our forms are meant for parents and guardians. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
How we use it
To answer your questions, follow up about tryouts and team opportunities, and run the season (schedules, rosters, communication). We don't sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we use to run the program, such as SportsEngine for registration and team communication and our email provider, and only as needed to do that work.
Text messages
We only text you if you check the optional text box on our form or agree to texts at registration. We use texts for tryout reminders and team updates. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We never share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies
We measure site visits with privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies or track you across other sites. This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing luke@texastravelersbaseball.com.
