Refund policy
Last updated October 22, 2026.
Where these rules come from
This page summarizes the refund terms in the Travelers Player & Parent Agreement that every family signs at registration. If anything here differs from the agreement you signed, the agreement controls.
Tryouts
Spring 2027 tryouts are free. There is nothing to refund.
Registration deposit
The registration deposit is non-refundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing. It counts toward your season fee. Your roster offer lists the deposit amount and deadline.
Season fees
Accepting a roster spot commits your family to the season's agreed fee. It isn't a month-to-month service.
Fees are generally non-refundable when a player voluntarily withdraws or is removed for conduct violations, and withdrawing doesn't automatically cancel remaining installments, subject to applicable law and any written adjustment approved by Travelers.
Injury, illness and hardship
Requests because of injury, illness or other hardship are reviewed one by one. An adjustment isn't guaranteed, but we'll always talk it through with you.
Weather and schedule changes
Weather, field availability and tournament changes can move or cancel individual events. Those changes don't by themselves create a refund.
If Travelers cancels a team
If Travelers cancels a team or materially reduces the promised season, we'll tell you the available alternatives and any appropriate credit or refund, based on what was delivered, costs already committed, and applicable law.
Uniforms and outside costs
Uniforms are ordered separately through our team store. Travel, lodging, optional events and Compete BP memberships are separate purchases and follow their own terms.
